Want a FREE Furnace?
Systems Approach Means a Free Furnace
At AAA Service we’re committed to helping our customers get the best value for each dollar they spend, whether it’s to make their homes more comfortable, to save money on utility bills or to avoid unnecessary expenses in the future.
We help our customers make informed decisions regarding equipment repairs or replacement by taking a systems approach to upgrading or improving the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
That’s why we’re offering a free furnace with the purchase of an air conditioner by March 15, 2010. This is a $3,000 value.
Why buy an air conditioner in the winter? Because it’s the ultimate in being a frugal homeowner! Not only will you get a free furnace, but you could qualify for up to $1500 in tax credits, too. Additional rebates may also be offered by your utility company.
A Home is a Complex System
Your house may simply be home to you, but in reality it’s a complex system of components that interact together. Because each part of the home’s mechanical system affects other parts of the system, a change in one component causes an effect somewhere else.
That’s why we think it’s important to install a furnace and air conditioner together. When these two pieces of equipment are matched to each other and to the house, they’ll work as a system to create a safe, comfortable and resource-efficient home.
For example, if the heating and air conditioning system aren’t working together, it can increase the home’s energy consumption and utility bills, cause uncomfortable temperature fluctuations, produce poor air quality and can lead to problems with excessive moisture.
More Systems Approach Benefits
Matching systems can create cost savings and better efficiencies than unmatched systems or systems installed at different times. One of our customers learned this lesson the hard way.
Last summer Barry wanted to take advantage of the federal tax credit for purchasing and installing an energy-efficient central air conditioning unit. He decided to purchase the A/C immediately and then wait to buy a new furnace.
Unfortunately, Barry didn’t understand that for a system to qualify for the federal tax credit the air conditioner and the furnace needed to be matched. Because his existing furnace wasn’t matched to the new air conditioning unit, he wasn’t able to achieve the required government rating and didn’t receive the tax credit.
Budget-minded consumers know the smartest thing they can do to save money is to purchase a qualifying central air conditioning unit with FREE matching furnace and receive the 2010 federal tax credit of 30% of the cost (including installation and labor costs) up to $1500. |
